Meditation For Inner Peace ~ Weekly Classes
Mondays, 7-8:30pm
These classes provide an opportunity to meditate and gain deeper understanding of the practice of Buddhism and meditation. Each class contains a guided relaxation meditation, a teaching on a particular aspect of Buddhism and a concluding meditation. There is also an opportunity to ask questions and discuss. Everyone is welcome-no previous experience necessary.
Introducton to Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Series: Improving Our Wisdom May 5th: Why is ignorance harmful? May 12th: Cultivating Wisdom
