FAQ

I am a beginner, which class should I attend?
Our Wednesday evening class at 7pm is a great introduction if you are new to meditation and buddhism. The class consists of a relaxation and breathing meditation, a talk on a particular aspect of Buddhism, a discussion and a concluding meditation. We also offer a lunchtime meditation Tuesdays-Thursdays at 12:30pm that provides an introduction to meditation.
